What Winngur is
Winngur is a directory and booking platform. Professionals listed on Winngur are independent businesses. They, not Winngur, are responsible for the work they do.
Your account
You log in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure, and give accurate details in enquiries and bookings.
Bookings and payments
Winngur is free for customers. When you confirm a quote, a visit is booked with that professional, and you pay the professional directly for their work, in cash or UPI. Winngur does not take payments from customers.
Businesses can list for free or buy a paid plan. Plan payments are processed by Razorpay; prices exclude 18% GST and a GST invoice is issued for every payment.
Reviews
Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fake or unrelated to the service.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
