Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Your listing, reviews, calls, WhatsApp and direct enquiries are free for as long as you like. No card is needed.
Do customers pay Winngur anything?
No. Customers search, call and enquire free, and pay you directly for the work, in cash or UPI. Winngur takes no commission.
What is a "Get best deal" lead?
When a customer asks for the best deal on a service, we send the request to the top businesses at once. Free plans get 5 of these a month; paid plans get all of them.
What happens when my plan ends?
We remind you a few days before. If you do not renew, you move back to the Free plan and keep your listing and reviews.
How do I pay?
Through Razorpay: UPI, debit or credit card, or netbanking. You get a GST invoice for every payment, with your GSTIN if you add it.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade any time; the new plan starts right away. You can also stay on Free when a paid plan ends.
